In Florianópolis, the neighborhood decides the trip. Downtown you do everything on foot. In Ponta das Canas the sea has no waves. In Campeche the beach is on the other side of the dunes. First-timers don't know this. Simone does.

For 12 years Simone has hosted people from all over Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, the United States and Europe. She decorated her own apartments downtown and in Ponta das Canas, and she also looks after the Ponta das Canas penthouse. In Campeche, your host is Gustavo. Every apartment has full bed and bath linen and the beach kit that, in her words, almost every guest asks about.

The apartment is very modern and comfortable. The view out the window is gorgeous. The host is amazingly helpful and friendly.
Simone’s place is probably the best air bnb experience I’ve ever had. The level of tranquility we experienced was incredible. I have been all over the world to 5 star hotels, great air bnbs, desirable locations and this was at the top of my list.

How do I book?
On Airbnb. Each apartment has a button that opens the official listing, with calendar, price and instant confirmation.
How much is a night?
It depends on the season and length of stay. Airbnb shows the exact price as soon as you pick your dates.
Are linens and towels included?
Yes. Every apartment has full bed and bath linen, and most also have beach towels and chairs.
Can I work remotely from there?
Yes. The apartments have Wi-Fi and a desk. The Campeche apartments welcome stays of 28 nights or more.
Are pets allowed?
Each listing has its own rule. Most apartments don't accept pets.
Can I smoke?
No. None of the apartments allow cigarettes, vapes or hookahs.
How does check-in work?
You get the instructions and access code before you arrive. In the two Edifício Privilégio apartments in Ponta das Canas, check-in is from 2 pm and checkout by 10 am. Everywhere else, including the penthouse, it's 3 pm and 11 am.
Is there parking?
Most apartments have a parking space. Each apartment page has the details.
Which corner should I choose?
Downtown: the city on foot, business and events. North (Ponta das Canas): calm beach, pools and families. South (Campeche): nature, a trail to the beach, quiet and remote work.
Can I message the host in English?
Yes. Messages go through Airbnb, which translates them automatically. About a third of the reviews come from guests outside Brazil.
